ABOUT 

EBP Development LLC was established in 2012 to begin the restoration of Palmer Point Fourth Lake Resort in Old Forge, NY.  Since then we have successfully restored the cottages, property and infrastructure and relaunched the cabin rental and boat rental business, reconnecting with the community and establishing the business as an Adirondack park treasure.

Bringing historically significant hospitality properties back to life to benefit the local economy and our investors is our passion. We are currently pursuing projects in New York State and Puerto Rico.
